One £100 voucher per referral. Referrals must be from existing or previous DentalPlus users. Referred colleagues must set up a unique contract and installation separate to the referrer. The referred colleague must confirm they know the referrer. Vouchers available are as listed: Marks and Spencer, John Lewis, Sainsbury’s, Next or Admor. The value of the voucher cannot be split or exchanged for money. The voucher will be sent to the person who referred the colleague on receipt of the signed contract. You will be contacted when the referred colleague has returned the signed contract and your voucher will be sent within 14 days.
